What materials are used in your sheds and cabins?

We use treated timber to develop our garden sheds. Materials are sourced from ethical sources, and sustainability is at the heart and focus of everything we do. This means we can provide both the highest quality and the greatest focus on ethical, sustainable sourcing in all of our product ranges.

Can I customize the design of my shed or cabin?

Absolutely! If you contact us before you make an order, we can help you create the bespoke shed type you are looking for. We pride ourselves on offering customisable products, so you can get exactly what you need for your garden or outdoor space. 

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we have a professional installation service. However, please note that installation usually occurs on a separate day after delivery. We will do our best to be as prompt as possible to begin the installation process for you after delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on several factors, such as the time it takes to create the shed shell and your location (we are based in Plymouth). Custom garden sheds can take longer. We will provide you with a clear timeframe for delivery at each stage of the order process.

Are your products weather-resistant?

Yes, treated timber is weather-resistant – even to the UK’s typically unfriendly weather – and we also provide felting to attach to the top of your shed roof for extra protection.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our products come with a warranty attached. Our typical warranty is [LENGTH] years, but please review each product for further information about the warranty we can offer with each purchase you make from us. 

Can I use a log cabin as a home office or studio?

Yes, absolutely! Most of our sheds come with the ideal spacing for a desk and a personal workspace. While many of our customers use our log cabins as a place to relax socially, you could easily use this as a home office space or a study area. When ordering, speak to our team to ensure this is the case.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

We will only provide you with returns if you have confirmed this in writing with us beforehand. We ask that all goods be returned to us in the same condition that they were upon their delivery. Otherwise, we cannot provide you with a return or refund.
