We use treated timber to build our Garden Sheds. Our materials come from ethical suppliers, and sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. This allows us to offer both the highest quality and the greatest focus on ethical, sustainable sourcing across all our product ranges.

Can I Customise the Design of My Shed or Cabin?

Absolutely! If you contact us before placing an order, we can help you create the type of Bespoke Shed you are looking for. We pride ourselves on offering customisable, Bespoke Sheds, Log Cabins, and Summer Houses, so you can get exactly what you need for your garden or outdoor space.

Do You Provide Shed Installation Services?

Yes, we offer a professional Shed Installation Service for the South West of England, including but not limited to Plymouth, Bristol, Liskeard, and Exeter. However, please note that installation usually takes place on a separate day after delivery. We will do our best to be as prompt as possible in starting the installation process for you after delivery.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery times vary depending on several factors, such as the time it takes to build the shed shell and your location (we are based in Plymouth). Bespoke Garden Sheds can take longer. We will provide you with a clear timeframe for delivery at each stage of the order process.

Are Your Products Weather-Resistant?

Yes, our Sheds are built from treated timber, which is weather-resistant – even against the UK’s often unfriendly weather – and we also supply felting to attach to the top of your Shed roof for extra protection.

Do Your Products Come with a Warranty?

Yes, all of our products include a warranty. Our typical warranty is 10 years, but please check each product for specific details about the warranty we offer with your purchase.

Can I Use a Log Cabin as a Home Office or Studio?

Yes, absolutely! Most of our Sheds provide the ideal space for a desk and a personal workspace. While many of our customers use our Log Cabins as a place to relax socially, you could just as easily use one as a Home Office or study area. When ordering, please speak to our team to confirm this.

What is Your Policy on Returns and Refunds?

We will only provide you with returns if you have confirmed this in writing with us beforehand. We ask that all goods be returned to us in the same condition that they were upon their delivery. Otherwise, we cannot provide you with a return or refund.
